Le Body Duo Roller s’utilise en appliquant un mouvement de roulement continu, de bas en haut. Cette technique permet d’éliminer les amas graisseux localisés en favorisant le drainage lymphatique et en améliorant la circulation sanguine. Lorsque le rouleau glisse sur la peau, il stimule les tissus sous-jacents, libérant les tensions et soulageant les douleurs musculaires et les douleurs articulaires.

Prendre soin de ces morceaux d'heure

Nettoyez-les toujours avec un produit désinfectant comme de l'ammonium quaternaire ou un alcool fort et un chiffon sec. Vous pouvez également utiliser des caviwipes.
Séchez-les avec un deuxième tissu sec, en veillant à ce qu'ils ne soient même pas humides.
Conservez-les dans un espace à 0 humidité, non exposé à la lumière directe du soleil, ni conservé sur une boîte ou dans un espace complètement isolé.
Remarque : Pour les outils métalliques, lavez-les avec du savon à vaisselle et une éponge douce, séchez-les puis suivez les conseils précédents.

Technique

How to work with it

Prepare the skin
Apply enough oil for the barrel to glide without dragging. Dry wood on dry skin bruises, even a smooth one.

Start low, work up
Hold both handles and begin at the far end of the area, always rolling toward the nearest lymph nodes.
03
Read the tissue
This pass is diagnostic as much as preparatory. Where the roller meets resistance is where the deeper tool will go.
04
Hand over
Once the area is warm and you know what you are working with, change to a textured roller. This one has done its job.
