Shipping & terms
Production time
5–15 business days from artwork approval, depending on volume and customization.
Transit time
3–7 business days by DHL Express, with tracking from dispatch. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
50% to confirm production, 50% before dispatch. Bank transfer, Wise or card. Invoiced in USD.

Before you order
What is the minimum order?
Ten individual pieces. Below that you can still order at retail price in our online shop, with no minimum.
Can I mix different tools to reach a tier?
Yes. Tiers count total pieces, not references. Twelve rollers or twelve different tools both place you in the Starter tier.
Why is wholesale pricing not shown on the site?
Because your final price depends on destination, engraving and shipping method. Quoting it manually means the number we send you is the number you pay — landed, with no surprises at customs.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide by DHL Express. Colombia and the United States are our main markets, and we have shipped to most of Latin America and Europe. Tell us your country and we will confirm cost and transit time in your quote.
What do you need for the engraving?
Vector artwork — .AI, .EPS or .SVG. If you only have a PNG or a JPG, send it anyway and our team will tell you whether it can be vectorised.
Can I become the exclusive distributor for my country?
Exclusivity is assessed case by case at the Distributor tier and depends on volume commitment and market. Mention it in your application and we will open the conversation.
Do you offer training with a wholesale order?
Yes. Academies and clinics ordering at volume can add certification for their team. Ask about it in your application and we will include it in the quote.
