Where we ship from

Every order ships from our workshop in Bogotá, Colombia, worldwide with DHL Worldwide Express.

How much shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your destination and your order. You will see the exact amount as soon as you enter your address, before any payment is taken. We do not charge a flat rate, and we would rather say so here than surprise you at the last step.

Shipping within Colombia is free.

How long it takes

In-stock items are processed and dispatched from our workshop within 2–5 business days. Once your package is on its way, transit times are:

United States and Canada — 2–4 business days
Mexico — 2–4 business days
Europe and the United Kingdom — 4–6 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean — 4–6 business days
Asia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East — 6–8 business days

Online courses and certifications are delivered by email and do not ship. For items that are not currently in stock or are made to order, please contact us for an estimate before ordering.

Order confirmation and tracking

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, the items purchased and the delivery address. It can take a couple of hours to arrive — please check the inbox of the email address you used, including your spam folder.

As soon as your package leaves our workshop you will receive a separate email with your DHL tracking number.

Haven't received your package yet? We dispatch within 2–5 business days, but delays do occasionally happen. Email us at info@kowuahc.com or message us on WhatsApp at +57 319 348 2547 and we will track it for you.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped internationally, your local customs office may contact you to provide identification documents (such as an EORI number, VAT, Tax ID, or passport) before your package can be released. Please have these documents ready to avoid delays or returned shipments.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing your order.
