How to work with it
- 01
Prepare the skin
Enough oil for all three barrels to turn. Narrow barrels stall more easily than a wide one.
- 02
Match the tool to the area
If the barrels are wider than the area you are working, you have the wrong roller. That is the whole point of this one.
- 03
Work upward and downward
On a narrow area the return stroke is useful; on a wide one it is not. Keep the net direction toward the nodes.
- 04
Lighten on the inner thigh
Thinner skin, superficial veins. Less pressure than you would use on the abdomen.
