Time Availability:
The customer must ensure they have sufficient time availability to attend the training according to the schedule of the purchased course.

Tools and Supplies:
The customer must have all the necessary tools and supplies required for the training they purchased.

Model for Hands-On Practice:
For the hands-on portion of the training, the customer must provide a model to practice the techniques learned during the session.

Scheduling the Training:

The customer has 60 calendar days from the purchase date to schedule their training.
The training can be rescheduled up to 2 times.
If the 60-day period expires or the training is rescheduled more than 2 times for reasons unrelated to Kowua HC, the customer will lose access to the training and must purchase it again to regain access.

Refund Policy:

Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of their purchase if they decide not to proceed with scheduling the training.
If the 24-hour period expires and Kowua HC has already contacted the customer to schedule the training and confirm the purchase, the refund will no longer be available.
