Two waist shapers, because one shape cannot do both jobs. The closed ring encircles the waist and puts both flanks under tension in the same movement — no other tool in the range does that, and two separate passes never match each other. The open shaper does what the ring cannot: it follows a single curve, and it reaches a thigh or a back where a closed ring has no way in.

Buying them together is the point. On their own each covers half of a waist session.

How does it work?

Both are firm tools, so the area is warmed with a roller first — a shaper on cold tissue is what leaves marks. The open shaper is worked with both hands along one curve at a time; the closed ring is passed around the waist with the client standing or seated, and the pressure comes from closing your hands rather than pushing in. Firm work needs a drainage phase behind it: close with a smooth board and manual drainage toward the nodes.

Taking care of your pieces

Always clean them with a disinfectant medium like quaternary ammonium or a strong alcohol and a dry fabric. You also can use caviwipes.
Dry them with a second dry fabric, make sure they’re not even humid.
Keep them in a 0 humidity space, not exposed to direct sun light nor kept on a box or in a completely isolated space
Note: For the metal tools, wash them with dish soap and a soft sponge, dry them and then follow the previous tips.
