Before you write
- Problem with an order? Send your order number and clear photos — one of the item, one of the outer packaging. That is all we need to approve a replacement or refund, and it saves a round of emails.
- Wholesale or distribution? Tell us the references, the quantities and your country, and we will send a full quote including shipping. See the wholesale tiers first.
- Question about a course? Tell us which course and the email address you used to buy it.
- Question about a machine? Tell us the model and what you need it for, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits your practice.
- Still deciding what to order? Ask. We would rather spend ten minutes helping you choose than have you receive something that is not right for your practice.
